We took our 2006 Rendezvous in due to it shifting hard, vibrating and lagging when you pushed the gas petal. They diagnosed it and told us everything that needed to be repaired, and let us know which of those items were the most important to make it road safe. They told us what they believed was causing our issues and advised us to hold off on any other repairs until they figured out for sure what the issue was with the transmission. They were completely honest with us and told us that the issue was bigger than originally thought. Unfortunately, there was a lot more wrong with it than we wanted to repair, so we chose not to move forward with it. They were completely understanding and were great to work with.
